At a glance
Each booking type has its own deposit and cancellation terms. All details are confirmed in writing before you commit.
A flat $30 USD deposit is required to secure your booking via PayPal. The remaining balance is due at the end of your tour in USD, VND, or other major currencies. Full pre-payment via PayPal is also available with no additional fees.
A 30% deposit of the total package price is required upon receipt of our PayPal invoice. The outstanding amount is payable in cash (USD or VND preferred) or via credit card at the end of your itinerary.
A 40% deposit is required via PayPal to confirm your excursion. The final balance is payable at the end of the tour in cash (USD/VND) or major currencies. Force Majeure provisions apply if your vessel is unable to dock.
100% of the transfer fee is required in advance via PayPal to finalize the booking. No additional payment is needed on the day of service.
How payment works
Most private tours can be paid at the end of the tour day, either in US Dollars (USD) or the equivalent amount in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
For travelers who prefer to carry less cash, PayPal pre-payment can be arranged on request. A pre-payment of up to 20% of the tour price is offered with no additional fee. Pre-payments above 20%, including full pre-payment, include a 4.4% surcharge to cover PayPal transaction and bank charges.
For custom multi-day trips or private transfers that require a deposit, the deposit is paid via a PayPal invoice. The remaining balance is then settled in cash (USD or VND equivalent) at the end of the tour.

Cancellation
Each tour type has its own cancellation schedule. All terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.
Force Majeure (Ship unable to dock): If your vessel cannot dock at Tien Sa or Chan May ports due to weather or technical issues, we negotiate with Port Authorities to minimize non-refundable charges. Pre-paid port permits and standby fees may be withheld. Each case is evaluated individually.
Flexible booking
If you are not sure about your itinerary or it is still too far out to confirm, you can lock your booking to hold your spot. We will follow up with you closer to your travel date to confirm the final details.
This is useful if you are still planning flights, coordinating with travel companions, or simply want to secure a preferred date before it fills up. There is no pressure to finalize every detail right away.
