How payment works
Most private tours can be paid at the end of the tour day, either in US Dollars (USD) or the equivalent amount in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
For travelers who prefer to carry less cash, PayPal pre-payment can be arranged on request. A pre-payment of up to 20% of the tour price is offered with no additional fee. Pre-payments above 20%, including full pre-payment, include a 4.4% surcharge to cover PayPal transaction and bank charges.
For custom multi-day trips or private transfers that require a deposit, the deposit is paid via a PayPal invoice. The remaining balance is then settled in cash (USD or VND equivalent) at the end of the tour.

Cancellation
Standard tours have no deposit, so cancellation is straightforward. Where a deposit applies, the refund schedule below is the default — variations are always written into your individual quote.
No deposit is required, so cancellations made in advance carry no charge. A short WhatsApp message to let me know is appreciated, especially if your dates change close to the tour day.
If safety or weather affects a tour day (for example, flooding or a storm warning), the priority is to reschedule rather than charge a cancellation fee. Specific options are discussed directly when this happens.
