“Bike Ride / Allotment / Cooking — the best day in Hoi An”

We spent a fantastic day with Fin on his countryside bike tour. He took us off the beaten path through rice paddies and local villages that we would never have found on our own. The herb garden visit and cooking session at the end were highlights — Fin explained everything so naturally, like a friend showing you his home. Genuinely one of the best travel days we've had anywhere. Book directly, it's worth every penny.

I've taken food tours in Bangkok, Hanoi, and Saigon but Fin's evening food tour in Hoi An beat them all. He knows every vendor by name and they light up when they see him — you can feel immediately that this is genuine. We tried 8 different dishes across the old town and Fin explained the story behind each one. No tourist traps, just real local food in real local spots. My husband and I still talk about the white rose dumplings.
