What we collect
We only collect what is needed to answer your inquiry and plan the private tour or travel support you ask for.
When you message us on WhatsApp, by phone, or via the contact form, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, contact number, travel dates, group size, hotel area, and any preferences (food notes, mobility needs, children joining). This is used solely to answer your inquiry, quote pricing, and coordinate the tour.
We do not use third-party booking platforms, sales CRMs, or marketing automation. Inquiry messages live in WhatsApp Business and our personal email. We never sell, share, or rent your information to any third party for advertising or marketing.
This site uses minimal first-party cookies needed for normal page rendering. We use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages help travellers. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking on this site.
WhatsApp conversations are kept while we coordinate your tour and for a short period after for follow-up support and review requests. You can ask us to delete your messages and contact details at any time by replying to your WhatsApp thread or emailing us.
Most tours are paid in cash at the end of the day. PayPal is offered for advance payments — when you pay through PayPal, that transaction is processed by PayPal directly and is subject to PayPal's privacy policy. We do not store card or bank details on this site.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The fastest way is a message on the same WhatsApp thread you used to inquire. We respond within a few days.
